Capillary matting range
Used by commercial growers and nurserymen since 1980, this bonded wool felt has excellent durability and water absorption properties. It is proven to last at least five years under normal use and, unlike many alternative products, it will not shrink.
Anglo Capillary Matting (formerly Lantor brand) is available in a variety of widths and water holding capacities to suit the customers' individual needs. A version is also available to give added capillary rise, allowing the matting to be used on slopes, uneven surfaces and even as a short wick in self-watering trays.
Algon Easy-Clean Capillary Matting Range
Based on our popular standard capillary matting, Algon is an innovative new water reservoir and distribution system designed specifically for use in Garden Centres and retail display units, where both performance and appearance are vital.
Algon has also been shown to reduce water loss to atmosphere by up to one third, allowing less frequent watering and, therefore, reduced labour and water costs.
